This also allows them to counsel others to achieve their personal health and lifestyle goals. This year round program prepares students to perform the roles and responsibilities of fitness and health interns volunteers and even as student counsellors.

Fitness and health consultants plan, promote and deliver a wide variety of services including activity and educational programs that can enhance the health, fitness and well-being of individuals and groups in diverse settings.
